Chef István Kránicz gained most of his 10 years of professional experience abroad, but was happy to return home to run our rural kitchen, as this may be the best place to learn the many ways of preparing venison and Hungarian pond fish. These ingredients are part of everyday life here. István likes traditional Hungarian cuisine, but prefers the flavours, creativity and presentation of modern cuisine.
